The selected ingredients with which they are made and the natural leavening times give our panettone a rich and enveloping flavour, as well as a soft and light dough. Made with selected high quality flours and French butter, they are the result of double leavening with mother yeast for greater softness and digestibility. They contain neither colorants nor preservatives.
