Terms of sale

These conditions are valid only between Verona Group S.r.l., Tax Code / VAT number 02391400203, REA MN-248855, with registered office in Mantua (46100-MN), viale Italia, n. 14, e-mail: info@scaravelli.it hereinafter referred to as “the Company” and any person who purchases online on the website www.scaravelli.it hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”. These conditions may be subject to changes and the date of publication of the same on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.
The sale of the Products through the Site constitutes a distance contract governed by articles 45 and ss. of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulation of electronic commerce.
Verona Group SRL has created and published the SCARAVELLI.IT site with the aim of offering a service reserved exclusively for its customers.
The products for sale on the SCARAVELLI.IT site are intended for the final consumer. By final consumer we mean a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to his own business or professional activity, or a legal person that is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on SCARAVELLI.IT.

Verona Group SRL invites users who are not attributable to the category of end consumers to refrain, both from trying to establish business relationships with SCARAVELLI.IT, and from sending purchase orders for goods for sale through third parties. 

SCARAVELLI.IT reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the account, with immediate effect, to any user if illegal or fraudulent activities are identified. Likewise, it reserves the right to block the account with immediate effect if abnormal use of the account is detected, including through the use of BOTs or other tools it is found that they may alter or affect the functionality of the site and its services.

In consideration of the commercial policy described above, SCARAVELLI.IT reserves the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the final consumer or orders that do not comply with the commercial policies described above. 

With these general conditions of sale, the Company sells and the Customer remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.scaravelli.it. 

The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by accessing the customer at www.scaravelli.it and making a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
The customer undertakes, before proceeding to confirm his order, to read these general conditions of sale and to accept them by clicking on the order confirmation. 

Before concluding the purchase contract, the Customer is required to examine the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of the Customer's choice. To place orders on SCARAVELLI.IT customers must: 

• Possess the status of "Final Consumer" as defined in the General Provisions. 

• Be of age. 

• Be in possession of a valid e-mail address. 

• Be in possession of a valid credit card on a valid circuit for payment (Visa or Mastercard circuits), or a verified PayPal account. 

The sales contract between seller and buyer is concluded exclusively electronically. 

In order to make the purchase, the Customer must first register in the reserved area of ​​the site, creating his own account (with username and password).

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by the Company to the Customer of an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail contains the Customer's data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent. 

The Company undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site at best, clearly highlighting the fundamental information of the product, with particular attention to the methods of conservation and the expiry date. The photographs of the products presented on www.scaravelli.it do not constitute a contractual element, as they are to be considered merely representative. Consequently, the Company declines all responsibility for any graphic discrepancies between the products illustrated on the site and those actually delivered. 

The SCARAVELLI.IT site sells perishable foodstuffs that are subject to expiry terms, sometimes very short (for example fresh products).

The buyer is required to carefully examine the information relating to the requested item, especially with regard to the labeling information (ingredients, allergens, origin, storage information, expiry date, weight - format, etc.) and any other element that is decisive in the purchase choice of the asset, made by the buyer. 

The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the Customer places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative as: 

•  the products could be sold to other customers before order confirmation, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users; 

• computer anomalies may occur such as to make a product available for purchase that, in reality, is not. 

 

Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail sent from the Site, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically rectified with the elimination of the product or products not available and the customer will be immediately informed by e-mail. SCARAVELLI.IT reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that it is unable to receive a verification from the customer's bank. Once an order has been placed for available items, changes can no longer be made. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

 

SCARAVELLI.IT reserves the right at any time to reject an order or to refuse the provision of services.
